I would like the trays to be metal and the lid metal, with a metal tray underneath to put the cold pack, or a cold plate you can turn on. I see the next tray (meal) is orange and I fill that one.

The only other feeder on the market that touts that, has very small cold packets that last 3-4 hours, and only battery power. There is no other that plugs in and covers all of the bases #1 It plugs in and has battery back-up (this is the most important reason). I feed only wet (after much research) so I needed to make this work. I did do a few things that I found helpful.
